I am toying with a new idea and would welcome comments from anyone if it’s something that would interest them.

Basically I will build you a niche blog FREE…..all you have to do is pick the niche. Whats the catch? Well instead of buying the website you simply rent it for a fixed amount each month……there are no other fees. You get hosting and website. The content you add belongs to the website owner which is me but the affiliate links, adsense links etc are your own so you get all the income. There are at least five advantages to using an ad rotator to market your products.
